On July 27 Adeel Zaidi, CEO ,BullseyeEvaluation, and Robert Remy, Founder, Remy Law presented a two hour seminar on the topic:
Improving Evaluations to Improve Management to a capacity filled room representing over 50 Houston and national companies.
Challenging some of the traditional views of performance evaluations, the presenters focused on the role of communication, dialogue, coaching and mentoring to stimulate a more positive culture. The right evaluation tools for performance management can become aids to facilitate this dialogue process rather than an annual “grading” of yearly performance. The interaction was lively and the consensus was that this should be offered again in 2011
HR Symposium
BullseyeEvaluation Systems was at the 2011 Houston HR Symposium. It was a well attended event and the attendees were actively gathering insights for their firms to understand and keep up with new trends and issues. There is a lot of buzz about performance management and how to engage and retain employees. That is music to our ears!:)

GHP Ambassador Program
One of our very own, Laurie Andrassy, has been selected as an Ambassador for the Greater Houston Partnership. This is a very important function of the Partnership and we are thrilled to be a part of GHP in this capacity. 2010 National Charter School Conference
We participated as exhibitors at The National Charter School Conference in Chicago from June 28-30. The theme for the 2010 conference : Innovation- Leading the Way to the Top. BullseyeEvaluation® announced our new Performance Evaluation for Schools during this major event. Many educators are learning more about this innovative tool designed and priced for schools.
A good time was had by all with a fun filled appearance by the famed Chicago Bulls' Bennie the Bull mascot; who true to form caused mayhem and did outlandish things to unsuspecting attendees!
