Q: Are cookies harmful for my computer:
A: In order to purchase and download BullseyeEvaluationTM, HTTP cookies must be enabled. HTTP cookies are small bits of data that a Web page asks a browser to store on a user's computer, either in RAM or on the hard drive. Cookies cannot be used to "see" any other data on the user's computer, nor can they determine the user's e-mail address or identity.

Q: What methods of payment does BullseyeEvaluationTM accept?
A: BullseyeEvaluationTM only accepts orders via major credit cards. As such, valid Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discover accounts are a prerequisite. Make sure you check your credit card number, CVV, expiry, and personal information correctly before submitting.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card online?
A: During transaction, all your information is sent via an SSL protocol, or Secure Sockets Layer. This protocol uses a secure encryption that keeps your confidential information safe during transmission.

Q: Does BullseyeEvaluationTM ship internationally?
A: BullseyeEvaluationTM does indeed ship internationally. However, the only available option currently is the English version of our software.

Q: Does BullseyeEvaluationTM charge sales tax charges?
A: BullseyeEvaluationTM does not charge sales tax to any state except Texas.


Q: Didn't Congress pass a law prohibiting taxes on sales over the internet?
A: Although this is true, its scope affects only those institutions that perform transactions with states other than their own.


Q: Why do you collect sales tax on the shipping and handling fee?
A: Although some states do not require sales tax on a separately stated, reasonable shipping charge, this charge is generally regarded as taxable when it is combined with a handling fee. Because BullseyeEvaluationTM charges a shipping and handling fee, applicable sales tax* is collected on this fee, in addition to the tangible product.

* Excluding Idaho, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Oklahoma, as these four states do not currently require sales tax on the shipping and handling fee.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Upon a successful transaction, expect at most three business days for processing time and an additional three days for shipping. After placing your order you can give us a call anytime at our hotline and query the status of your order as you please.

Business days exclude weekends and Federal Holidays. Orders placed after 4:00 pm Central Standard Time will begin processing on the following business day. Complete shipping and payment information must be received in order to begin processing.


Q: How will I know if my order has been shipped?
A: Once we ship your order (usually within 1-4 business days), we will send you an e-mail notification that your order has shipped. You can also check the status of your order by giving us a call.
